Documents

  • Foreign passport (valid for at least 6 months beyond the requested extension period)
  • 2 current, color, passport photos, on a plain light background, sized 3.5cm x 4.5cm
  • Home purchase contract or rental contract (if available)
  • Utility bills in your name (Electricity, water, council tax, etc.)
  • Evidence of employment or pay slips
  • Bank statements and status
  • Confirmation of registration to a Kupat Holim (health clinic) including registration date
  • Confirmation from the local authority (council/municipality) of residence
  • For each child: Confirmation of registration to schools/kindergarten, school certificates, education institute confirmation, vaccination booklets
