Documents
- Certified photocopy of a valid passport or travel document recognized by Greece
- Type D Entry Visa
- Electronic fee of 150 Euros (fee code 2107)
- Certificate of insurance application to IKA/OAEE for healthcare and work accident coverage
- Certified copy of the hosting agreement signed with a research organization (Article 60 of law 4251/2014)
- Individual declaration of financial responsibility by the research organization
- Approval of the research organization by the competent authority (if private)
- 4 recent passport-sized photos (physical & digital JPEG 2000 on CD)
- Card fee of 16 Euros (fee code 2119)
- Official document from the country of birth, certified and translated, indicating place of birth in Latin characters if not on passport
