Documents

  • Certified photocopy of a valid passport or travel document recognized by Greece
  • Type D Entry Visa
  • Electronic fee of 150 Euros (fee code 2107)
  • Certificate of insurance application to IKA/OAEE for healthcare and work accident coverage
  • Certified copy of the hosting agreement signed with a research organization (Article 60 of law 4251/2014)
  • Individual declaration of financial responsibility by the research organization
  • Approval of the research organization by the competent authority (if private)
  • 4 recent passport-sized photos (physical & digital JPEG 2000 on CD)
  • Card fee of 16 Euros (fee code 2119)
  • Official document from the country of birth, certified and translated, indicating place of birth in Latin characters if not on passport
