- Αποδεικτικά στοιχεία (επίσημα μεταφρασμένα) ότι η οντότητα υποδοχής στην Ελλάδα και η επιχείρηση στην τρίτη χώρα ανήκουν στον ίδιο όμιλο επιχειρήσεων
- Πιστοποιητικά εγγραφής της οντότητας υποδοχής στην Ελλάδα και της επιχείρησης που είναι εγκατεστημένη στην τρίτη χώρα
- Καταστατικό της οντότητας υποδοχής, Γενικό Πιστοποιητικό Γ.Ε.ΜΗ (τελευταίου τριμήνου) και Ανακοίνωση Γ.Ε.ΜΗ της οντότητας υποδοχής στην Ελλάδα
- Αναλυτικό πιστοποιητικό εκπροσώπησης της οντότητας υποδοχής (τελευταίου τριμήνου)
- Σύμβαση εργασίας με την εταιρεία στην τρίτη χώρα και επιστολή ανάθεσης αρμοδιοτήτων από τον εργοδότη στην εταιρεία στην τρίτη χώρα (επίσημα μεταφρασμένες)
- Αποδείξεις απασχόλησης εντός της ιδίας επιχείρησης ή του ομίλου επιχειρήσεων στην τρίτη χώρα (τουλάχιστον 12 μήνες για στελέχη και ειδικευμένους εργαζόμενους, 6 για ασκούμενους)
- Τίτλο σπουδών τριτοβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης ή αποδεικτικά επαγγελματικών προσόντων και εμπειρίας
- Δικαιολογητικά που πιστοποιούν ότι πληροί τις προϋποθέσεις που έχουν τεθεί για τους πολίτες της ΕΕ για την άσκηση του νομοθετικά κατοχυρωμένου επαγγέλματος
- Σελίδα/-ες διαβατηρίου του προς μετάκληση πολίτη τρίτης χώρας με τα ταυτοποιητικά στοιχεία και φωτογραφία
- Υπεύθυνη δήλωση του εργοδότη στην οποία δηλώνει την αρμόδια ελληνική προξενική αρχή
