- document for traveling abroad for a minor or another document with indication of citizenship or absence thereof
- 4 color photographs (size 40x50 mm)
- certificate of criminal record (for persons 14+)
- documents confirming existence of grounds for obtaining a permanent residence permit
- document confirming legality of stay in Belarus
- medical certificate of health (for persons over 14)
- certificate confirming not married status from home country (for family reunification, 18+)
- documents confirming relationship and housing conditions (for family reunification)
- document confirming payment of fee
