  • Pasaporte válido y vigente o alternative travel document for MERCOSUR nationals
  • Argentine police clearance certificate (for those older than 16, incorporated into RADEX system)
  • Police clearance from countries of previous residence longer than 1 year in the last 3 years (for those older than 16)
  • Proof of address in Argentina
  • Proof of regular income (constancia)
  • Certificate from government/organization/company proving regular and permanent pension payment equal or above 5 Salarios Mínimo Vital y Móvil (SMVM) monthly
  • Legalization or apostille of all foreign documents
  • Spanish translation by national public translator and legalization if applicable
