- Proof of habitual residence in jurisdiction (e.g., utility bill)
- Apostilled/legalized certificate of good conduct for over one year residence in past three years
- Commitment to tell the truth or sworn affidavit of lack of criminal record in other countries, signed before consul
- Copy of employment contract or incumbency certificate from company abroad (with details)
- Certificate from subsidiary or host company in Argentina (RENURE registration, reason for transfer, stay duration, monthly payment, contact)
- Proof of payment of migration fee
- Proof of payment of consular fee
- Consular interview
