Both applicant and employer must participate in a programme managed by the Ministry of Agriculture (NOT a labor agency). Validity max 1 year, NOT extendable. Residence does NOT count toward permanent residency. Programme runs until 31 December 2026. Application only at Czech consulates in Lviv, Sarajevo, Tbilisi, Chisinau, Skopje.
