  • Searched the MPPRE tourist page (ab4f32eed82cb2a9.txt) and visa index pages (2d9c38db663cf108.txt, 8e6c2ba3f3f827c8.txt) for a visa requirement or nationality matrix; none. The transit page sentence implying that only some countries' citizens need a tourist visa is used in transit_seo.r1 and gives no matrix.

What short-visit purposes does this route cover?

The applicant must show the visit is for tourism, leisure or health, not paid work or business profit.

  • The Tourist Visa page (descripcion/30) has no duration. The only 'visado de turista' duration sentence sits on the TR-N page (68d50c64f96a19b6.txt, descripcion/28) and was ruled via-errada; not used. The old document-list value is border-evidence material (r4), which is not in this package.

What important funds, accommodation, invitation, insurance, onward-travel or passport evidence may be required?

The MPPRE lists for the tourist visa application: a passport valid at least six months; a document proving residence in the country of origin; a bank letter (account opening date, number and balance); an employment letter (length of service, position and salary); copies of property or commercial registrations if applicable; a copy of a round-trip or exit ticket from Venezuela; a medical certificate; a hotel reservation or notarised invitation letter; and proof of payment of the consular fee. The Barcelona consulate additionally asks for an insurance policy covering medical expenses for international travellers and loss or theft of luggage.
