This is the Green Residence category for skilled workers: it requires a valid employment contract within the UAE and a professional classification from levels 1 to 3 under MOHRE's approved occupational classification.

A valid UAE employment contract is required to qualify, but unlike the standard employer-sponsored work visa, the Green Residence itself does not require an employer sponsor: it enables holders to live and work in the UAE without needing a sponsor.
