What important funds, accommodation, invitation, insurance, onward-travel or passport evidence may be required?

The traveller must hold a valid passport of a nationality listed in the table's ‘Nationality’ column; the visa-free regime is not available to holders of a Geneva Convention refugee travel document or to stateless persons, who always need a visa. Foreigners travelling to, residing in or transiting Ukraine must have funds equal to twenty days of the average monthly per-capita subsistence minimum on the day of arrival, shown by cash, a bank balance document, payment cards with an account statement, a tourist voucher or a host/sponsor invitation or guarantee. This is a visa-free entry regime, so no advance visa application is required for eligible nationalities; entry is on presentation of a valid passport of an eligible nationality at the border. The page does not address extending a visa-free stay beyond its allotted period.
