Limits of the record
  • The full current official Visitor Visa page sets application documents and the Director’s discretion, but states no nationality-neutral maximum granted stay, rolling-period counting rule, visa validity or number of entries. The visa decision and any leave granted at entry are distinct; this capture does not answer the R3 duration question.

What important funds, accommodation, invitation, insurance, onward-travel or passport evidence may be required?

Required evidence includes two photos certified by a Justice of the Peace, a current police record from the country of origin, a job letter (or company business licence if self-employed), an original bank reference letter, a passport valid for six months, a certified copy of the surety's identification, a covering letter from the surety, an original school letter, the parents' legal status, and evidence of the surety's legal status in TCI.

Entry clearance must be applied for from outside the Islands, to the nearest British High Commission, Embassy or Consulate, or to the Director of Immigration, Grand Turk; a $100 non-refundable administrative fee is paid, plus $150 on approval. The Immigration Department lists visitor visa extensions among its functions. The official sources do not state under what circumstances a stay can be extended or changed.
