Which nationalities and age range can participate?

The Royal Thai Embassy in Wellington runs this Working Holiday Scheme for New Zealand nationals currently residing in New Zealand, aged 18 to 30. Applicants must also have completed tertiary education with at least 3 years of full-time study, evidenced by a certificate or transcript.
