- Employment, placement or host agreement
The contract must establish the targeted-industry or recognised-expertise role.
- Job offer or appointment
A qualifying employment or service contract with the eligible Thai or foreign entity is required.
- Minimum salary
Average income of at least USD 80,000 per year over the previous two years is normally required; USD 40,000–79,999 may qualify with the prescribed advanced qualification, and specified government experts are income-exempt.
