This route is for foreign students with a bachelor’s degree obtained in Taiwan (R.O.C.), overseas Chinese students or ethnic Chinese students, to be employed in specialised or technical work, such as civil engineering, finance, health care, manufacturing, wholesale and other listed fields.

Foreigners should be foreign students who have Bachelor degree in R.O.C., overseas Chinese students or ethnic Chinese students, and employment permits will be distributed to those who score above 70 points.
