What type of worker, employment situation, occupation or professional activity is this pathway actually designed for?

Part-time work by students: foreign, overseas Chinese, Hong Kong and Macau students officially enrolled in a division, department or graduate institute, or in language courses of six months or more; this covers foreign students at public or registered private colleges/universities and overseas compatriot or ethnic Chinese students at public or registered private high schools or higher.

    Should a foreign, overseas Chinese, Hong Kong and Macau student been officially enrolled in a school to take courses in a division, department or graduate institute thereof or to take language course(s) for six months or more, the said foreign student may apply for jobs.
