Third-country nationals holding a valid EU Blue Card issued by another EU member state (and former Blue Card holders with long-term resident status marked 'former EU Blue Card holder'), entering Slovenia for business activity as defined in the ZZSDT.

A valid EU Blue Card issued by another member state and a valid passport; at an internal border with checks, if the card was issued by a state not fully applying the Schengen acquis, proof that the stay is for business activity may be required.
