Temporary residence is granted if the person does business, is employed, studies at a school in Slovakia, performs Art. 25 or Art. 26 activities, or is a family member (Art. 27(2)) of such a person where the family existed in the Member State that granted long-term status; several activities may be performed at once. It is granted for the time necessary, up to five years, and can be renewed for up to five years. It is not required for the first 90 days if the person meets the conditions for residence under a special regulation and fulfilled the Art. 111(2)(a) obligation.
