- Dependent Adult Child Health Ground
A dependent adult child unable to care for themselves because of a long-term adverse health condition may qualify.

Listed minor-child and custody relationships may qualify.
- Slovak Citizen Spouse Or Direct Dependent Relative Ground
A spouse or direct dependent relative of a Slovak citizen with permanent residence may qualify.
