For the relevant traveller scope, is a visa, electronic authorisation, visa on arrival or no advance visa normally required?

The requirement depends on nationality. Holders of national passports with a valid Schengen, UK, EU Member State or US visa, or a residence permit in Schengen/EU/US, may enter without a visa for up to 90 days in a six-month period within the validity of those documents. Since 23 April 2025 Serbia also issues Digital Travel Authorizations to holders of national passports of countries for whom this service is enabled. Where a visa is required, the short-term visa C covers stays of up to 90 days within any period of 180 days.
