What work does the permission allow? Is the holder tied to an employer, occupation or sector? Can family accompany where clearly established?

The single permit issued for movement within the company gives the holder the right to stay and work in Serbia during its validity. The basis is that the employer abroad temporarily transfers the person to work in a branch, representative office or subsidiary company registered in Serbia for a specified period of time. The holder must stay in Serbia in accordance with the purpose for which temporary residence was granted, and an extension can be rejected if the previous single permit was not used in accordance with the basis for which it was issued. Family members can apply separately for temporary residence on family reunification grounds as the spouse or extramarital partner of a foreign citizen with an approved residence permit, or as a relative of a foreign citizen with approved temporary residence. The official source does not state whether the holder may change employer.
