5. Allo straniero in possesso di permesso di soggiorno per motivi di lavoro è riconosciuta la parità di trattamento e la piena uguaglianza di diritti e doveri rispetto al cittadino 7 sammarinese ed allo straniero residente per quanto attiene all’erogazione, da parte dell’Istituto per la Sicurezza Sociale, di:
a) prestazioni sanitarie; b) prestazioni economiche temporanee; c) prestazioni economiche vitalizie; d) corresponsione degli assegni di cui al Decreto 26 aprile 1976 n.15 e successive integrazioni e modificazioni per i familiari a carico in possesso di permesso di soggiorno ordinario.
