Yes: an intra-corporate transfer is required. The foreigner, residing in a third country when applying, is temporarily posted as a manager, specialist or trainee employee from an undertaking established in a third country, to which they are and remain bound by a valid employment contract, to one or more entities of the same undertaking or group of undertakings, at least one of which is established in Romania.
