What are the few decisive professional characteristics of the pathway: occupation, qualifications, experience, salary, skill level, shortage status, labour-market condition or equivalent?

For this D/AM1 category, the decisive professional fit is citizenship of Moldova, Ukraine or Serbia plus a full-time individual employment contract for work in Romania. The employer, rather than the foreign worker, completes the single D/AM1 application, and uploads the employment contract registered in REGES-ONLINE. The IGI page lists this category separately from highly qualified workers, ministry-requested specialists, academic/artistic work and professional athletes; the latter categories’ special professional conditions should not be imported into this citizenship/full-time-contract category.
