The employment visa is granted for employment with an employer and attests the right to work in Romania; during the single permit validity the foreigner may change employer by resignation after at least 6 months with the previous employer. Family reunification is available to sponsors holding a temporary residence permit valid for one year (spouse, unmarried minor children).
