The pathway is designed for foreign citizens who are not nationals of EU Member States, the European Economic Area or Switzerland and who have been admitted as doctoral students in higher education, as researchers collaborating in a research centre recognised by the Ministry of Education and Science, or to carry out teaching activity in a higher education establishment or highly qualified activity.
