- Employment, placement or host agreement
The employment conditions in Annex 1 must be current and consistent with the underlying employment or civil-law contract.
- Job offer or appointment
The employer must complete Annex 1 with the current position, remuneration, working time and other employment conditions.
- Minimum salary
Remuneration must be no lower than comparable Polish remuneration and, in 2026, at least PLN 4,806 gross per month regardless of working time.
- Nationality or qualifying status
The route is available to third-country nationals and stateless persons who meet its specific conditions.
