The student must be covered by an EU or multilateral programme with mobility measures, or an agreement between at least two higher-education institutions.
- Prior or current lawful status
A valid residence permit or long-stay visa marked 'student' from another EU state applying Directive 2016/801 is required.
- Who qualifies
The route is available to third-country nationals and stateless persons who meet its specific conditions.
