The research institution must be located in the territory of the Republic of Poland and must be approved by the minister responsible for internal affairs pursuant to Article 151(4)-(5).

What are the most important financial or study-related conditions: tuition, funds, insurance, full-time study, attendance or equivalent?

The researcher must have health insurance and sufficient financial resources to cover subsistence and return travel costs, and the residence permit or long-term "researcher" visa from the other EU state must cover the planned mobility period; otherwise the Head of the Office for Foreigners objects.
