Limits of the record
  • No salary, skill level, shortage-occupation or labour-market test is stated in the booklet.

What work does the permission allow? Is the holder tied to an employer, occupation or sector? Can family accompany where clearly established?

The checked official sources did not provide enough route-specific evidence to confirm the work allowed, any tie to employer or sector and family accompaniment.

Limits of the record
  • Not established: the correction failed a second independent check (NAO_SUSTENTA: Citation 1 is a bare bullet without the change-of-status clause; 'handled as an in-country change of status' is not in any citation (source line 578-579 has it, uncited).)

How long is the permission normally granted for, how is it renewed, and what longer-term residence direction exists if officially stated?

The permission is granted for multiple entries for not less than six months and not more than three years. Renewal requirements are published on the ICA website, and the official source does not state a longer-term residence direction.

Limits of the record
  • Renewal requirements themselves are not in the capture.
  • No longer-term residence direction specific to this class is stated.

These are the answers currently recorded in the catalogue. A missing or partial answer is not an eligibility decision.
