Which exceptional-talent, academic, scientific, artistic, technological, cultural or other profiles does the pathway target?

Foreigners entering Panama to carry out student exchanges, cultural, educational, health, scientific and research missions, and internships; these must be granted under agreements concluded with the State or between foreign embassies and companies, educational or governmental institutions, or non-governmental organisations recognised by Panamanian law. No exceptional-talent level is described; the visa is activity-based.
