The applicant must be an international print, radio or television press correspondent duly accredited by the authorities of his/her own country; a certification of the existence of the international press agency is also required.

Yes. A letter of responsibility from the international press agency is required, stating the period of service, that the salary comes from a foreign source, and that the agency undertakes to repatriate the correspondent once he/she leaves its service.
