The applicant must enrol in all subjects corresponding to the study plan for the term (bimester, quarter, semester or module) in daytime hours, except when the study plan requires night hours and the educational centre certifies this. Financial solvency must be proven by one of: a document showing the student holds a study scholarship, proof of financing, or a bank letter in favour of the applicant or responsible person indicating sufficient solvency to cover study and subsistence costs. A letter of responsibility is required if a third party is responsible.

Artículo 151: Aquellos extranjeros que soliciten este permiso deben matricular todas las
asignaturas correspondientes al plan de estudio del bimestre, cuatrimestre o semestre o
módulo, en horario diurno. Se exceptúan matriculas que por el plan de estudio debe ser en
horarios nocturnos previa certificación por parte del Centro de Enseñanza.

12. Prueba de solvencia económica, la cual se verifica mediante el aporte de alguno de
los siguientes requisitos:
a. Documento que pruebe que el estudiante es titular de una beca de estudio.
b. Constancia de financiamiento.
c. Carta bancaria a favor del solicitante o de la persona responsable, en la que se
indique una solvencia cónsona con los gastos que deban sufragar para cubrir
los costos por estudios y de subsistencia.
