Nationals on the Royal Oman Police lists may enter the Sultanate of Oman without needing a pre-arranged visa. List No. (1) names 44 European countries, 10 South American countries and 26 other countries and regions that can be entered without a tourist visa. A second list (List No. (2)) allows entry for nationals of a further set of countries who hold a valid visa from the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, Japan or a Schengen country.
