Limits of the record
  • The page states no minimum qualification level, experience, salary or occupation list.

What work does the permission allow? Is the holder tied to an employer, occupation or sector? Can family accompany where clearly established?

Employment is confined to the Free Zone. Family members apply for the R3B to R3E visas for spouse, children or parents.

How long is the permission normally granted for, how is it renewed, and what longer-term residence direction exists if officially stated?

The visa is valid for 90 days from issuance and is not itself extendable. After regularisation the holder receives a 2-year permit, which the NIS page describes as renewable. The page does not state how many renewals are possible, nor any progression from this permit to permanent residence.

Limits of the record
  • The NIS page states only the visa validity, the permitted stay and an extendability marker. It does not establish the renewal procedure, any limit on renewals, or a route from this permit to permanent residence or citizenship.
