What type of institution/course must accept or enrol the applicant?

Technical and higher-education institutions must require residence documentation or DGME authorisation for foreign students, interns and teachers. A universal admission-letter format for every short course or special event is not established by the law.

What are the most important financial or study-related conditions: tuition, funds, insurance, full-time study, attendance or equivalent?

General entry funds can be checked against three times the industrial-sector minimum wage in the published regulation. A current short-course tuition, insurance or attendance threshold is not established by that provision.
