What work does the permission allow? Is the holder tied to an employer, occupation or sector? Can family accompany where clearly established?

The employment permit authorises the holder to enter or continue in employment, conduct a business or carry on a profession or occupation in Namibia for the period and under the conditions the Immigration Selection Board imposes and states in the permit. The Board may authorise in the permit the spouse and dependent child who accompany or reside with the holder to enter and reside in Namibia with that person.
