What are the few decisive professional characteristics of the pathway: occupation, qualifications, experience, salary, skill level, shortage status, labour-market condition or equivalent?

For SME cases, the State/Region recommendation is based on a field inspection by the responsible officials to determine whether the inviting company is presently functioning on the ground and whether the applicant is employed by that company. The official source does not state occupation, qualification, experience or salary criteria.
