The route is for a foreigner employed for a definite period of time in activities of a seasonal nature, where the need for labour is much higher in a given period.

Does the applicant need a job offer, employer, sponsor, transfer relationship or other employer involvement? What is important about that employer relationship?

The applicant needs a written job offer from an employer for a specific post. Within 24 hours of the seasonal residence and work permit being issued, the employer must conclude an employment contract with the foreigner and register them for mandatory social insurance; if the employer does not conclude the contract within that time, it must notify the Ministry within three days so the permit can be cancelled.
