For foreigners working at a foreign-state or international media representative office in Mongolia, Article32(1) assigns the issue and extension of residence permission to the central state administrative body responsible for foreign affairs. Article32(3) requires an application to that body within21days after entry. These are the official-purpose media provisions; the general private-purpose five-year/three-year limits are not imported into this route.
