This is a Professional Visit Pass for Islamic studies by students under eighteen.
Students under the age of 18
Visit Pass (Professional) are issued to foreign nationals who wish to remain and provide specific professional visit for a short period in Malaysia.
A sponsor or school/madrasah must submit the study request and learning timetable. State Islamic authority support is required; JAKIM support is additionally listed for adults and for converts of every age.

The general PVP term cannot exceed twelve months and remains subject to Immigration conditions. The applicant stays in the country of origin during approval; the Islamic-student application is submitted at least one month before studies. IMM.55 is listed for extensions. Neither an automatic renewal nor a post-study work or permanent-residence route is established.
The validity of the pass is subjected to the requirement and conditions of Immigration rules and policies for a period not exceeding 12 months.
