o is sponsored by the enterprise in Kiribati
o is employed by an enterprise which has no commercial presence in the
territory of Kiribati
o receives his or her remuneration from that employer
o has qualifications from three or more years of formal post-secondary
school education with appropriate experience to provide the service.
• ‘Independent Service Supplier’ means a self-employed natural person who is a
service supplier entering Kiribati pursuant to a contract with an enterprise in, is
sponsored by the enterprise in Kiribati, and who has a qualification resulting from
three or more years of formal post-secondary school education and has

• ‘Installers or Servicers Installer’ or servicer means a natural person of another Party
who is an installer or servicer of machinery or equipment, where such installation
