Does the applicant need a job offer, employer, sponsor, transfer relationship or other employer involvement? What is important about that employer relationship?
The 2020 specific-purpose row asks media, film and video crew for production terms and duration; its general test requires an approved sponsor only if applicable. The current work-visa form lists this category but has conflicting general signals about a job offer. A fixed Kiribati employer or sponsor for this subcategory is not established.

Limits of the record- The current form has a Yes/No job-offer question and a general all-applicant offer checklist. Its application to this specific subcategory and the current legal effect of detailed 2020 manual conditions are not fully reconciled.
