Apply in the country of residence: pay online (FASTRACE via snedai.com), book a mandatory online appointment (www.snedai-visardv.ci), then enrol in person at the embassy with the documents; the file is processed within forty-eight (48) hours of enrolment and the applicant collects the visa in person with the enrolment receipt. The visa fee is 50 euros, the same whatever the length of stay. The official source does not state when a stay can be extended or changed.
