23. Il nullaosta al lavoro e il permesso di soggiorno di cui al presente articolo possono essere rinnovati, tranne nei casi di cui all'articolo 27, comma 1, lettera n), del testo unico, in costanza dello stesso rapporto di lavoro, salvo quanto previsto dal comma 16, previa presentazione, da parte del richiedente, della certificazione comprovante il regolare assolvimento dell'obbligo contributivo.
