What are the most important financial or study-related conditions: tuition, funds, insurance, full-time study, attendance or equivalent?

The Hungarian institution must substantiate the study or mobility purpose. For a student mobility residence permit or mobility notification, the agreement or admission certificate with the Hungarian higher-education institution is specifically required. The page also requires the linguistic knowledge needed for the studies and says this may be shown by a language certificate, diploma in a foreign language, or other credible means. Its common attachments section calls for proof of tuition payment, sufficient means to cover subsistence, accommodation, return or onward travel and healthcare, and comprehensive health-service access or ability to cover those costs. The means can be shown with bank evidence, documented family support, income, a scholarship, or other credible evidence.
