Family position: a holder of an EU Member State research permit may apply in Hungary for long-term mobility, and in that case the family member who is legally residing in Hungary and holds a residence permit issued by another EU Member State may also apply in Hungary for a residence permit or a mobility notification. The official source does not state whether the holder may change host organisation, work independently or establish a business.
