For the relevant traveller scope, is a visa, electronic authorisation, visa on arrival or no advance visa normally required?

The Embassy of Haiti in Washington states that tourists generally do not need a visa to enter Haiti; passports must be valid for at least 6 months and a fee of US$ 10.00 is paid on arrival at the airport. Nationals of nine countries require a visa: the Dominican Republic, Panama, Colombia, Cuba, Syria, Libya, Iran, Vietnam and Yemen. They must apply for the visa at least one month before the date of departure.

What maximum stay, rolling-period rule, validity and entry rules apply?

A tourist or visitor stay is limited to three months under the immigration law. The current Embassy tariff separately lists a three-month tourist visa and a six-month multiple-entry tourist visa; the visa label does not itself extend the statutory stay without applicable permission.
