A STEP is for job roles where skills and/or significant and continuous labour shortages have been identified in Guernsey.
Job roles where skills and/or significant and continuous labour shortages have been identified in Guernsey may be eligible for a Short Term Employment Permit.
The applicant needs employment involving an employer who holds the relevant permit application; the permission is tied to the named job role and employer.
