γ. Η διάρκεια της άδειας διαμονής ορίζεται για χρονικό διάστημα έως τριάντα έξι (36) μήνες αναλόγως του προγράμματος σπουδών. Η χρονική διάρκεια προκύπτει από σχετική βεβαίωση της Σχολής Εκπαίδευσης, θεωρημένη από την Αρχή Πολιτικής Αεροπορίας. Στην περίπτωση χορήγησης άδειας διαμονής για μικρότερη χρονική περίοδο, η άδεια διαμονής δύναται να ανανεωθεί υπό τους ίδιους όρους έως τη συμπλήρωση του ανώτατου συνολικού χρονικού ορίου των τριάντα έξι (36) μηνών.
