Which nationalities and age range can participate?
The German Federal Foreign Office’s German Working Holiday FAQ lists Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Chile, Hong Kong, Israel, Japan, Republic of Korea, New Zealand, Taiwan and Uruguay. It says applicants are aged 18–30, except Korean nationals up to age 34. The German mission in Toronto separately describes a subset of other Working Holiday programmes as covering ages 18–35 inclusive. Consequently the published age ceiling for that Toronto-listed subset is inconsistent across the two official pages; the Korean 34-year exception is separately stated by the central FAQ.
